Re: Core Nexus and Nexus LW

The 12m Nexus weights exactly 3,6 Kg. I had two low wind sessions by now, but it was a little bit too low, so I wasn’t able to ride upwind with my 136-41 Twintip. Despite that i would say that the kite offers a good low wind performance, the turning speed is all so round and fast, as expected. But,...

Re: I'll have to change my name now North Kiteboarding is no more..

Why are people even Speculating? The name was decided before this thread even started. Second to that, totally unuseful to speculate about the name etc. here. They do what they think is the best outcome under the legal framework. People will buy the stuff from them if they continue to be good quali...

Re: Core Nexus and Nexus LW

Pretty please; has anyone tested the 12m Nexus, how is it; especially the turning speed and low end and whatever you can tell me, and I am also very interested in the weight of the kite, could someone weigh it, please?

Truly appreciated any feedback on the 12m.

Re: Hard Wearing Low Stretch Lines

Core Pro bar's lines are way to go. I have one Pro bar and have been using it over 1-year without any issues and I spin quite a bit with surfboard and still no wear in the lines. The bar has mid-Y, but you can buy spare lines and extensions to suit your needs. These lines/bar was tested with many ot...

Re: Airush Ultra: one strut kite that meets expectations of a ram air lover

interestingly I have read that Mono 12m is quick turning and it's pretty similar to Neo 12m but only 1 strut instead of Neo's three. Can the two struts really make the difference in 12m sizes? I have the 10m Neo and it's not too quick, but still very doable and nice kite.

Re: Airush Ultra: one strut kite that meets expectations of a ram air lover

I agree, it's weird how few comments there are on 12m from people who own it. 9 seems to be a good one. there's a bunch of us here that have the UL 12m. maybe we're not commenting because we're out foiling with it so much. but seriously, it's a great foiling kite and hangs up there in the lightest ...

Re: Airush Ultra: one strut kite that meets expectations of a ram air lover

Got myself the 12m 2018 Ultra 2 weeks ago, sofar only 1 session on it with the tt. I'm pleasantly surprised, I'm happy to report. Gusts up to 25 knots, steady wind down to 15 (2 minutes average) so actual lulls probably lower. I flew the Ultra on a Naish 2016 bar with pigtails. Kite felt very stead...

Enduro V2 12m - feedback, please

There was some discussion on V2, but especially on the 12m: 1) How low wind does it stay in the sky, I mean it is very light kite, but is it prone to nosedive or something in these winds? This would be for foiling in very light winds and strapless freestyle in light winds. 2) Does the 12m have power...

2018 North Traction Pad Team (front) - are they better/stickier than normal pads?

So, although I use some wax every now and then I prefer pads for front foot as well. North has brought Traction Team Pads, which should be good (according to them :D ), but any real life feedback on them, please?
