I wonder what type of pads your Mako board has .... They make a lot of difference for ( us ) old folks .


Also when landing .... pull the front foot a bit higher / or push your back one lower so you don´t land " flat " with the board.

Thank you , sound good to me ... Wanted a board from him for ages ... Around 2009 or so but was not sure back then and totally forgot about it all these years .

I'm ordering a 144 x 42 board ... Hope to get it soon

I have no intention off replacing my Rippers any time soon .. was looking into Switch kites the other day and they look really nice ... Need to try them out sometime .

My 6m Ripper is by far the best high wind kite I ever had ...

Ok , since EH is no longer in business my vote goes for the Ovandos ... I love my 9m so much I just purchased another one for the future ... Got if cheap and almost new , saw it in a shop last year and waited since then for the price to drop :naughty:

especially when the equipment is not durable and won't last more than a season or two. Have to strongly disagree on this one .... I ride most of my equipment a minimum of 200 sessions ( 400 hours ) before I even start thinking changing them . Most seasonal kiters don't kite more than 30-40 sessions...

Hi Hard to say , each year is different but I can give some info... Restrictions are lifted starting Sept. 16 ... No more banned beaches for wind/kite surfers We still enjoy thermals ... Till mid / end Oct so we usually get 15 or so knots with west winds and nuclear 35 and up when east winds are blo...
