Re: New bigger board or new kite with better lowend?

For years I lobby for larger boards than larger kites. Just get a used door or so and work it for a few days as you need to get used to it for sure. Especially it’s simple to switch to a board than a kite if the wind drops and you want to keep riding. I have no option about the specific kite though....

Re: Interesting Interview with Ralf Grösel

Especially interesting to hear that they dont even own the designs. Not sure how my clients would react if they dont own the source code but just the compiled version of code / design drawing but not the full CAD. What agreements are they signing? Especially as a company under private equity. I thin...

Re: Surfboard fins on Twin Tip / Mutant

I also own the LF and installed one surf fin on the back toe side so it would not catch on the way out. Certainly more grip on the button turns. I take a pic 4U when I am back in a week.

Works like a charm and still fits in the bag. Is a bit bigger than thought but for sure fine.

Re: Airbank Puffer Pro

Re Air input filter: after some google image searches I ended up ordering this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MZKJMCG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The pump intake thread has an outer diameter of 22mm so 25mm of the filter might be a bit large but I hope I can pull it cl...

Re: Airbank Puffer Pro

Coming back to the air input filter question. Does someone have a recommendation for filter and STL to print the right thread?

Re: Is this the lowest kiteloop possible?

I would say the lowest goes to the really old video of the guy in Maui with the kite hammered on the water but the kiter still in the air facing the difficult end of that story.

Big balls on this one for sure. Just awe- some.

Re: Airbank Puffer Pro

Read up the FAA rules - they are 100Whr. So all good. Also any laptop / USB booster battery you own is about the same capacity. So I don’t understand your stirring the drum roll

Also air travel is not my first concern for a pump for the beach ;-)
