Re: Surfboard's FCS finbox is loose from the board, how to fix it, please?

Awesome, thanks for the info. How should I glass the bottom after installing the fusion boxes from the underside of the board? I mean how can I get a smooth, flat surface for the bottom of the board where the fusion boxes are installed? Doesn't the glassfiber which overlaps with the original board's...

Surfboard's FCS finbox is loose from the board, how to fix it, please?

Hello, I have a very thin surfboard; an inch or so, and it has FCS single fin plugs (the round ones with two boxes needed for one fin). The plugs are small and hence it seems that due to not much area to glue/laminate it to the boards foam etc. the rear box of the both side fins have come loose. I c...

RRD lines (rigid, white ones), where to get a spare set in Europe (at a good price)?

So, I want to buy the RRD spare set of their good lines, but is there a shop selling them in Europe at a reasonable price, please?

would that ring connection to the bar really hold if you loose the bar and it hits the stopper?

Re: Firewire EVo versus Vader

I disagree with some points on the above statement. As I wrote, my current board is 14 liters! And I would not want a bigger board. It's more about the outline than thickness. Transitions and low end is really not a problem at all with the board I have. And I ride in low winds too, a lot. I do 360 g...

Re: Firewire EVo versus Vader

In kiting, where do you exactly need the volume that much? 3 liters less is not the end of the world. I currently ride a board with 14 liters and it's the best freestyle strapless board I have ever ridden; 5' x 18,8" and obviously quite thin with nice fatter rails than the middle of the board. I am ...

Re: Groove Skate

that's a bit of bummer, if the board weighs now 2,9kgs without straps and on the webpage it says 2,5 incl. straps. That is a huge difference! Have they beefed up the construction hence the weight increase?
