Re: New round of China Shutdowns / Global supply chain whoas

I don't understand why they are still in China. Textile industry got to be the easiest to move. Covid is nothing compared to Taiwan invasion. I simply don't get it. The same reasons why EU countries are importing Russian oil, coal, natural gas and have become totally dependent on those imports: It ...

Re: New round of China Shutdowns / Global supply chain whoas

Huge lockdowns in the Shanghai area now by the way. They moved the planned lockdown forward so people weren't necessarily even able to get back home (now they will need special permission to get passed the check points to get home). Clearly things are happening. I have no idea how it will potential...

Not if sand gets inside....
Exactly. With sand inside you can't see the wear until suddenly, KAPOW, it snaps. And because you can't see inside you'll never know whether there's sand inside or not ...

For this reason I absolutely will NOT use any rope covered by ANYTHING.

it can easily be four hours between drinks (not sure I am up for a camelback though).
Four hours is much too long, you must rehydrate much more often. Figure out how to do it, but DO IT.

Re: What is the best front line splitter block for low V bars? (Upgrading my Dreamstick X)

A manufacturers QR is the expensive part. If you do not unhook you do need a manufacturers QR. still pretty expensive right? I think the wichard 2673 that's like the 1900 pound shackle is about $75 I think. I'm a big fan of people that don't unhook to get one of those systems oem or homebuilt, incl...
