If you are close enough to USA to do a pickup....then you could buy on Amazon, paying by cc or paypal, then ship to receiving house. I assume they have those services at border towns there -- out west, they have them in Blaine and Pt Roberts, costs $3-5 to hold a parcel for pick up.
