Evo or Nugget Nugget edges out the Evo just a bit for really low wind riding, but the Evo will progress with you better if you do go into any sort of wave (even small stuff) or strapless tricks. Rad! But still use a release agent, you aren't going to be worse off for it, and I've definitely seen epoxy stick to HDPE.

No one beginning in the sport cares about governing bodies. But it seems like that's an important issue for the competitive athletes. But it for sure isn't driving the majority of the industry. Yeah 3/2 is good. Might be a little warm some days depending on the dam flow and air but when you are say in the park it's good since it's colder water.
