Re: Revl Arc cam: Anybody preorder one?

Yes the video process was simple. You can see kitelines shaking in the levelled video around camera but frame stays level. Non-360 video would be utterly shaky without a lot of post-manual stabilization.. Image quality comment - it could be better with more pixels and higher bitrates. Battery commen...

Re: Revl Arc cam: Anybody preorder one?

Woah, that Looks awsome. How Long do you have to edit to get this result and was it very complicated? And how did it look when it came straight rawly out of the cam/Card? Could you post a short footage of the raw Output? I think I will also try this cam, if it won't be to complicated. Do you have a...

Re: Revl Arc cam: Anybody preorder one?

My friends solution was virb360. It has automatixal horizon levelling which seems to work well. He 3d printed line mount for virb. We are eager to go out and test it snowkiting.. Here is the example video from virb360 and self- made kite line mount with 3d printer. Edited with pc with Garmin editor...

Re: I draw a kitesurf comics...

I am not against Tilmann's art. I am against him *hijacking* the thread with shooting videos and some photo content. That's why I suggested creating his own thread like "Tilmann's dark art". So Chemosavi could still follow Tilmann and rest of us could enjoy OP's comics. It is simple as that. He'll f...

Re: light wind surfboard vs foil board

Sure, I've both foil & flydoor xl twintip. On low wind days (which we have plenty) I cannot imagine that I could go foil any better than flydoor-twintip. Foil and any sized TT cannot compare. The foil will win that game every time. If you can go on a TT you'll be able to go on a door (simple fact i...

... inlined ... I interpreted jakemoore's questions more towards me so I answered those from my conditions.. Someone else on somewhere else would think differently. > But if the water was deep enough would a hydrofoil on the bottom off the door slow and degrade it's low end ? Sorry - I do not under...

Re: light wind surfboard vs foil board

Have any of the people advocating door style twintips or surfboards tried foiling? I just can't imagine there is any comparison unless it's shallow or there is seaweed. Sure, I've both foil & flydoor xl twintip. On low wind days (which we have plenty) I cannot imagine that I could go foil any bette...
