To me the 5'0" Rocket Fish felt like a kiteboard were as my 5'8" feels very similar to my standard surfboard. I think it gives a better bottom turn and off the lip. Hi Guys, Great posts. I'm a surfer turned kiteboarder. Last year I rode the 5'0" North Rocket Fish and this year I'm riding a Jimmy Lewis 5'8"X18.5" surfboard. The Rocket Fish felt too small.
