Re: Waroo 2008?

I recently replaced my 13M 07 with an 08. Definitely worth the upgrade in this size. Faster turning More solid in the air when depowered Better jumping Easier to setup for a jump No leading edge battons Customized bar feel and turning options Flapper valves instead of ball valves on bladders I notic...

Re: Sickest Wave riding Yet!!!! Amundson in Mexico!

Hi Guys, I'm interested how light of winds your flying the 7.5 Generators in? Are they working in 10 to 15 mph for guys in the 165 lbs range on 6'0" surfboards? Interesting since I used a 6.5 Wipi back in 2001 as my only kite and rode it in everything. When I only had one kite I made it work. Thanks...

Hi Guys,

Can you compare these kites to the 07 Waroos? For 10mph to 40mph ride 7M, 9M and 13M Waroos. I'm 165 lbs. Can you get by with just two of these with a twin tip and surfboard for 10-40 mph?

On my tri fins I always located the forward screw of the rear strap directly over the leading edge of the front fins. It is the same for a quad?

I use this method all the time to launch and land. I had the kite self launch once on a shifty wind day. The kite tipped back caught the wind and flew overhead and landed on the other side of the window. I was shocked when it happed. Now I grab the rear line closest to the ground and keep tension on...

I would like to see boards categorized into the various types of riding you would want to do and discussion about why they are good for what they do. - boards for recreational riding and wind-blown onshore chop - boards as a lightwind alternative - board for offshore winds and good surf. - crossover...

I think my real question is does the 10M Monsoonz fly like a "big" kite? For me I would be content if kites never progressed beyond the performance of my 7M and 9M 07 Waroos. They fit my riding style very well and it will be difficult to beat their fun to cost ratio. Then comes the 13M 07 Waroo. Gre...

Hi Guys, Have you ridden the Monsoonz back to back with the 07 Waroo? I'm considering replacing my 13M Waroo with the 10M Monsoonz. Can you compare the tuning speed of the Monsoonz the Waroo. Obviously smaller kites are more fun but if these high AR kites turn slow then I'm better off sticking with ...

Hi Frank, Can you compare the lowend of the Free Wave to the standard UG kitesurfboard? With the lack of volume does it sink and bog down when you drop the power of the kite? I'm 75kg and currently ride the 07 5'5" rocket fish or 5'8" Jimmy Lewis depending of the wind. Would be nice to have a do it ...
