Re: North Transformer Harness

As far as OR Session II is concerned, I've started kiting with a waist, but quickly found out that my back needs some support, so I've changed it out for a seat which I've been riding for a solid 2 seasons... then I've decided to give the Session a shot... what a revelation that was!!! My legs were ...

Re: Renegade "Infinity" light wind machine

a 14nitro has the same power as the old 16 thruster. my 2 cents Terrie Sorry Terry, I've heard different... Alex: Given that your post is in all aspects a blatant lie and an absolute misrepresentation of the truth, it should not even be considered as a credible comment. Sorry Switch team, you have ...

Re: Renegade "Infinity" light wind machine

Hello balugh Don't forget Switch Kites. Direct sale - no middleman. 16m Nitro (complete) = £742.00 including VAT and free shipping. Given that the Nitro 16r is nothing but a re-branded Thruster 16, it's nothing special in light-wind department... should not even be considered as a light-wind kite...

Re: North Transformer Harness

No "crushed nuts" issues with the Session harness... the only thing that it tends to crash is the excessive fat on my kidneys... :D :D :D Got to kite more often... :jump: Seriously, just yesturday I felt the usual pressure point in the kidney area after the usual 4 hours non-stop... found the remedy...

Re: Ozone 2010 inflate/deflate valves in cold weather issues

Thanks for the reply guys! Already ordered a can of Sailkoat... ))) We're actually still far from winter, but even at sub-15degC temperatures these plugs are too tight... can't imagine what will happen below freezing, even though I'm not a big fan of winter riding... kinda prefer it on the warm and ...

Re: North Transformer Harness

Haven't seen one, but I've been riding the Ocean Rodeo's Session II for the last couple of years for the same reasons... loving it!!! Give it a shot!

If you'll be getting one, make sure to either get the perfect size, or one size bigger...

Ozone 2010 inflate/deflate valves in cold weather issues...

The issue is that they get supper hard as the temperature drops... Royal PITA to get the plugs in and out, i'm afraid to damage the bladder...

Is there any ways to soften it up? Silicone lubricant perhaps?

Re: Eclipse line lengths...

Gentlemen, thanks. I may fly it on an EH 4-line bar (all equal) before I butcher the lineset. I already rigged one of the fronts as a single depower. I have two other 12s and a 10.5 .. I should overlay them to check the canopy size. I got it for the boost. Boost is pretty much all that really inter...

2010 Ozone C4 question

Just received a whole quiver of used 2010 C4's and noticed that the bigger sizes had ~4"(10cm) pigtails installed on rear attachment points... just wondering if there's any particular reason for it besides the fact that the original owner was practicing unhooked riding?

Re: Eclipse line lengths...

Your lines are supposed to be all equal fully trimmed out (full power)... That being said, all Thrusters were undersized... So your 12 in reality is something 11-ish... if not 10-ish... Not to mention the fact that Thusters have a very pronounced c-shape, thus less projected area then the same squar...
