I played with it a bit, but my conclusion was, that the kite need to be designed for this feature. Otherwice the barpressure got too high and turning speed too slow. So I ended up buying the Fone Diablo. It is a very great kite.

Fine if this works for you. But I dont agree at all. First of all, I use the same length on my hydrofoil as you would on a TT. (21m if powered on a size 7 to 27m when light wind on my size 18). Also know guys that hit the ground, and the board probably got a weakness (not visable) and then later lost the foil in a normal crash. Luckly all of them also found the foil with help from divers.
