A light, ROCK solid board? My TAD passed the CAR load test!

Postby Brenho » Fri Jun 27, 2003 11:39 am

Hi,

I am always running to ride for 30min during luch breaks. With the rush, my TAD board was ALMOST left forgotten on the floor... But my car reminded me of it by CROSSING IT FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER!

I couldn't beleave it! My brand new board that my wife offered me...

But then the good surprise came: AFTER BEING LOADED BY A 1800kg car (ok, about 500kg as it was only one front wheel) it just has a small formica crack under one of the fins. AMAZING! And this was over a hard terrain with gravel rocks! Not even one blistering on the formica bottom!

One of the fins broke though... Maybe Bob should use formica too ;-))

Long live the kitchen top!
