Lightwindkite for 70kg Rider ?

Postby anda » Mon Aug 11, 2003 5:49 pm

I want to buy some new 2004 Kites, my biggest kite now is an Rhino 1 14 qm. Now i want to go bigger but i dont know which sizes i should take ? My Board is an 150 North Defender and i have 70 kg. I would buy two Intermideates, but i dont know if should go for 12 and 16 qm or bether 14 and 18 qm. Does an 18 qm Kite flyes much earlier than an 16 or isn`t there such a big Difference, just belong to a Riders Weight ?

Try and get your hands on a Globerider 17.3 and a 14.2. There great for lightwaits because you can hold them when the wind picks up. Med aspect become a fight for control if your a lightweight. These kites have a massive range and are super easy to depower if needed
