I currently have a 2001 Fuel 100 (11.4 flat), I use it in winds from 28km/h(at 28 I can not stay up wind at 30-32 I can) to 45.

I purchased a 2002 airblast 11.8 (16m) brand new for a sweet deal, but I won't be able to use it until May. I'm loosing my mind, I can pump it up but thats it cause the lake is frozen. I'm using ram airs for winter kiting even though I like my lei better.
What kinds of winds will I be able to ride it in?
