A buddy of mine who I've been pushing to learn how to kite (he is a novice windsurfer) is moving to Panama City. Anyone have the scoop on nearby kiting? I found some info on windsurfing at Shell Point, but no mention of people kiting there. The wind archive on ikitesurf shows wind more appropriate to kiting then windsurfing.
Any info greatly appreciated.
