As for attitude, everyone has their bad days, The owner of Kitexcite has been known to be grumpy
However, neither are the Ritz Carlton and the Kiteing by the way is fantastic!!
In 3 weeks of vacation I had 3 days of no wind and 2 days of too much wind otherwise Pefect!!!!!
I will be back at Cabarete next time I get fired from My job
There is a great atmosphere and ALL of the kiters look after each other!.
