feel youre pain SQ, I been going to the back quak for the last months for simialr reasons. I'm a long time back pain pro......sports, work, shity bed all added to this pain. Found out its a common thing to happen. good bed, neurophen and manipulation is the key.....
and milk it at home....

Guys don't overdo it with the painkillers because they can seriously kick the f*** out of your kidneys and that is a serious pain in the back, (feels liek getting knifed repeatedly) and it'll poison you too.
I was takin loads of that crap after my op this winter and got kidney failure probably becasue I wasn't drinking enough water too, believe me a little pain is much less hassle and less painful
