Naish 2005 20M Raven

Postby LMR » Wed Dec 21, 2005 11:02 pm

Does anyone have a 2005 20M Raven 1 with some experience in light wind. Say 12-15mph. I can't seem to get it tuned correctly with the 5th line to get very much low end. Any ideas?

I had the Raven 1 18 and had the same experience.
Tried all the tuning options, it was a slow-turning bar-heavy dog.
Great upper range though.

Sold it and now have a Torch 2 16 which has heaps more low-end than that Raven.

High end torch 2 16

Just because Torch 2 16 has been mentioned. How about the abilities of the Torch 2 16 considering high end?
Already any comments available?

Raven 20M is the slowest kiet on the market (or very close to). Forget tuning, sell it and get something else. I agree it's got nice upperend but usually it's not something you're looking for buying a 20m, right?

I have a Raven 1 18 and think the same... very slow, and too hard on the bar. And it have a crap low end performance.

Did Anybody try the Raven 2 in big sizes (18 and 20)?

Regards

Marcello
