woot woot! Another Griffin kiter here...
Keep an eye for the 09 Griffin and an upcoming kite for serious unhooked and freestyle performance, both kites are looking super duper sweet!!!! and the bar is a superb improvement! will have the 09 griffin in about 2 weeks.
2009 will definetly be a great year for Griffin Kiteboarding.

good winds!
where do you ride?

Hi tristonjah,
Monkeykites have a wonderfull reputation in Europe and Australia where they were born in 2002. Now Griffin Kites, is currently working on moving the line efficiently towards USA, the new name and company makeover is part of this movement strategy. Griffin Kites is ready to hit the US market with a huge impact. Youll see more and more of these kites on the states, once they begin to ship from the factory.

The 08 kites had some of the best flying characteristics in the market, if you ever get the chance please try one of these models. Im sure you'll be surprised and will fall in love with the performance of the new kites. The 09 range, the upcoming Ckite and the super direct service will sure make everyone see Griffin Kiteboarding as the huge reputable and experience brand it is.

Griffin Kites is a professional company and firmly back up their products. Offering the strongest construction and quality materials available. Unlike most other companies offering only a few sizes the 2009 Griffin comes in 5,7,9,10.5,12,14, 16 and 18m, all fine tuned to the smallest detail.

Heres a sneak-peak of whats going to be available in the next couple of weeks:

prwinds: sick picks!!! i just got my 08 kites last agust, for the school, and can wait to get the 09, Selen and Chris were here for a few days cheking out the place, and man like u said Griffin has some of the best flying characteristics in the market, i love them and all my friends fly north or slingshot and when they tested my 12m kite they were impreses of how much power, control and wind range that kite has, here in Mexico kitesurfing its getting a huge impact so were gonna try and take advantage of that!!!!
This would be my first year in San Carlos, i just open a new school here so, season its just two weeks from know so im hopeing for the best!!! This is going to be an awsome year, and with the support of Griffing kiteboarding its going to be even better!!!!

I have a 08 7m kite. Great Kite! I picked to up to try out the monkey/griffin kites and to get a high wind kite. Out here in minnesota we don't get many high wind days... but I have had it 5-6 times in winds around 25-35 gusting to 40. It have definitely had some a great days on it and I hope for some more.

Looking forward to getting a mid range 09 kite. When are we going to have them in the US?

We will be getting the first demo shipment of Griffin kites for the USA market next week. We are very excited by all the positive changes and the great reaction to the first Griffin on display at Surf Expo. Most of these samples will be going out to dealers so watch for some reviews shortly.

Best Regards

All pics were taken in Lagoinha, Brazil. The guys at www.moanashop.fr made a kite trip there testing the new Griffin kites. Lots of sweet photos from the trip at:
