Can anyone recommend a good wave spot for the summer? Near Europe if possible?

I usually go in June to the Pacific North West I alternate between SF (coast) and Oregon mainly hood river but @ least in my experience from Pismo Beach north (Northern Cali) + some east spots like (Sherman island - flat water) in Cali have really good conditions.

In this time of year I've been as far north as Washington state (coast) and seem like they have similar conditions.

Cape Hatteras NC is freaking happening around the summer time as well (I think), don't they do the SSS in the summer?

And if more tropical island vibe and absolutely nukkn + any ridding style you can think of (waves, flat water, I think even a wakestyle park in La Boca) is what u want Cabarete DR is THE place, for what I hear. I've never been but some buddies go for the 4th of July week and I hear they get siiiick conditions year after year.

Good luck!

We were at Essaioura in Morocco last year at the beginning of September. Out of 6 days I used a 7m for one day and a 9m for 3 days (with a 135x42 Shinn Monk). And another day I sat it out because the 7m I had rigged was trying to lift me off my feet with maximum trim even before I got to launch because the wind suddenly started clocking over 40 knots. One day with no wind.

Wind is side to side off, and the waves were OK too, not very big just a nice 6 to 8 feet depending on the tide. We're going back at the beginning of July this year - the wife's a novice surfer so she can surf just down the beach from the kiters.

I would think Arcachon, France would be high on the list.

As would Tenerife and Fuerteventura.
