The blue resistance is too strong for rehab, but good for strength training.
Choose the red or green based on your strength and degree of injury.
The Thera-band is the best rehab appliance for this exercise,
but you can experiment with piece of foam pool tube.

There are some rather less know yoga positions and exercises that are phenomenally good
for your wrists, elbow and hands... down to your fingers.
They are hard to describe and I cannot find any videos on them.
I will make a couple of videos and post them on kiteforum.
I'll post them as soon as I can.
I have shown them to friends that have hand and elbow problems and they all rave about them.
