Hello koubilaihan,

OR has lot of loyal customers because of the excellent after sales support that offers for so may years now! The KiteClub shares the same values, so the after sales service is guaranteed. I own 2 Rise(S) 2010 and after two years I'm thinking of changing my quiver to Razor(S) 2012. Angelos is offering me a great deal by giving back my old kites and buying the new ones! So, even if you choose to go for Rise as a beginner you will can change them to Razor after a while only with a
slight difference in price.

OR will refund you if you don't like them. 30 days trial. Might be worth a look at.

I fly a Rally 14M for 12kts to about 18kts. However, i ride an RPM 10m for when its windy.

The Rally is real nice, it easy to tell where its at, jumps easy and loops fast. I use it for light wind downwinders with small waves and have to say i love it. I also use it when its too light for the RPM in flat water and find it okay.

My Slingshot gear withstands most of the abuse i've thrown at it. Minor tears, punctures or bladder breaks have all been understandable.

The Rally 14M did have an issue with wear on the leading edge from the pigtails. The new ones don't ahve the issue, i resolved with assistance from dealer.

BUT, my newbie friend, please buy the kite brand that you can get local support for. everyone develops a liking to the kite they fly. Rallys are good.
