Boracay is pretty flat, maybe small chop, depends on tide.
I've been here a month and i've ridden 4 days out of 5 on
My 14 and 11. Yesterday was too windy for my 11. I like it here,
Plenty of infrastructure, but also funky. Water can get very crowded,
Lots of beginners and kiteschools. Also the wind is onshore. So, not
Perfect but a great place to hang out and kite december/january/february.

If you want strong winds and big waves, Kingfisher Resort in Pagudpud
Is amazing, bring a small kite and a surf board.

It was still very polluted at the beginning of 2012 . I don't think something has changed since then.

I'm in Boracay now, at the kiting beach,
And I havent noticed the beach or water stinks.
After a bit of web research I found they upgraded
Their sewage treatment plant in 2011 increasing capacity by 250% and
Hookups to 50%. They also upgraded their drinking water system.
Obviously they still have a severe pollution
Problem here but perhaps the situation is improving.
