Nice spot Dimitri.
Is that salt water ?
Looks a bit colder than here.
Your assistant on the left of your board with the tape measure looks just like my fox "suzie".
She got taken out a few days ago by a car

Hello Nico,
I am so sorry about your Dog. I had a third one like the one you see next to my measuring tape that got killed also 2 years ago. The sad thing is that I killed him by mistake. He was relaxing under the car and I ran over him while I was backing up to pick up my kids from school after making a video of him helping me replace the bladders on the kite. I was so upset... So trust me I know how you feel. Again I am very sorry.
These pictures were taken towards the end of the winter, so yes it was a little cold.
The water is called the sound which is a mix of salt and fresh water. Then on the other side we have the ocean.
Welcome to the OUTER BANKS, CAPE HATTERAS. (USA). You should come and visit one day.

Hi Dimitri.
Ouch for the dog.
Hey next time I am at our log cabin in Vermont, I might well take the time to come and visit some U S spots including Cape Hatteras.
I will get out my atlas and check out your whereabouts to see if this is doable.
Rgds

This is the view from my office, in the middle of the Gorge on a rare windless day. I'm looking south at the Columbia with a huge warehouse full of toys in the foreground. If the camera were better you could see just the top of Mt. Hood in the background.
