I have the Code1 harness. I don't want a harness that rides up,and that's why I got it. It's an OK harness, and the BOA system does work, but if you tigthen it too much you feel the cable inside, and it usually hurts. If the cable was better padded, or was inside some stiffer structure with wider surface this could have been a much better harness. It does not ride up if you make it tight enough, but it's painful. It can be painful even over a 3mm wetsuit.
Right now my favourite harness is the Manera EXO. It does not have the boa system, but stays down every bit as well as the Code01, and without the cable digging into your ribs. I suggest you give it a try if you can. I have put my Code01 up for sale.
