Well even though it was bought in 09, the 08 season is long time ago. Of course you can use it and it is still a good kite, but serriously the kites has developed a lot. I would not buy it my self. I would find a 2010 as the oldest. I mean just have the tearring of briddles, lines, valves, deepower rope etc. in mind. I understand that not everyone can buy a new kite. But a 5 year old kite is too old in my world. If the condition is like almost never used it is another story
