Planning a trip to Brazil this winter. Question is just where I should head? Where do you find the best combination of kitesurfing/accomodation/night life?

Search for Florianópolis, TOP place!! Down south and more developed than the north... Good option for sure!! It's an island, with many different beaches and a lagoon in the middle.. so no matter what wind direction you will be good to kite.. usually pretty strong..
Cheers, and good luck..

what about Cabo Frio and Buzios - any good in November?
In Florianapolis do you need a car to get around to the different spots?
