Hi All

For all the kiters in Australia chasing any info, demo's or spares for Epic Kites then shoot me an email, facebook, tweet etc. It's great to be part of the Epic Team, thanks for your help Dimitiri.

We are regularly doing demo's in QLD so check our facebook page for updates or email me at admin@eastcoastkitesurfing.com.au to see when our next round is.

Also got some demo kites heading to West Oz soon! They should be there for KiteStock.

Nigel

Not quite that cold here

But we have had a decent amount of snow up in the mountains of South Wales (which is pretty rare)

A vid from the same day as above......

An extremely rare day of powder/sun/wind/surf here in the UK, I'd just had my cast removed after a broken ankle so was stoked to be on it two days later, could have done with out the hike though!

Sadly the wind was wrong direction to climb the mountain this time.

Cheers Kitecave, gotta keep going.
Here's one form last w/end the cast worked well in the snowboard boot with the liner removed.

We are waiting for a huge swell to hit starting tomorrow so hopefully plenty of surfing/kiting this coming week.

Thank God it is not snowing here in the GRENADINES during our Epic photo shoot for the 4G products.
All I can say is that this place is simply amazing and the people are incredible. Ok time to go kiting again.

This is from another epic day here in the GRENADINE islands. Kiting in style is what EPICKITES is all about.

hmmmm. all black kite... yellow trim. Could that be the Screamer LTD? Can't wait to find out.

For those that have not yet tried the 3G Screamer 10 LTD, it's an amazing machine. I got out on it for a few hours snow kiting in some pretty deep powder. Here are my thoughts. For deep, moist snow, you need a lot of horsepower, but if you're holding on to a big kite, it is pretty demanding on the body. You get tired quick. I rigged the Screamer 10 when the wind picked up and had a super fun time. Compared to the first version of this kite, there have been some very significant updates. It is very stable and not twitchy at all. The first version required a lot of attention, where the 3G is a set it and forget it kite mostly. Really light on the hands, no muscle fatigue on the arms from pulling the bar in. It sits nicely in the window where upwind drive is unreal and absolutely effortless. The things that you all liked about the first version are still there.... easy relaunch, big big jumps, nice float. I literally can't find anything I'd change about the kite. And being a 10... for a one kite quiver, this would be an ideal choice. If you can, test drive one. You won't regret it.
