Coconut bay resort in St. Lucia is a great choice. All inclusive not too crowded. Decent food and drinks. Great staff. And great kiting just a short walk on the resort beach at 2 Elements were you can store your kite gear if you are too lazy to carry it back and forth. Great consistent trade winds from the east from Jan to March even into April. Kiting is in reef protected lagoon or outside of reef in waves, your choice. Rescue boat from 2elements if you need it and rentals too. Friendly staff at @ elements.There is another great spot a short distance to the south of Coconut Bay with another cool kite school and rental shop. I can't remember their name.
I was there last Jan for 10 days and kited every day on 9m 11m and 13m. Got so tired I had to take one day off in the middle of vacation to do an island tour.
You should not be dissapointed. I would go back any time.Just a little pricey at the hotel but worth it.
