In waves - definitely, yes
Would never use a surfboard of course - but we are kitesurfing not surfing
You can boost just as high and powerful with a waveboard in waves IMO, as using a TT, and make crazy powered kiteloops too if you want
And then you can also RIDE waves, or spray waves, and go upwind.

Spot on. I use my kite-surfboard as I used my windsurf-waveboards. Going out and jumping, going in and waveriding.

The same level of limitations that a TT has in the surf a wave board has when boosting.
I will be the first to admit these TT limitations and counter this to a certain degree with a mutant.
But if you claim that a fin driven board with volume will boost as big than a tight TT loaded up rail well that's just utter rubbish.
