Cabo Verde lodging info needed

Hi, 2 of us are headed to Sal for 2 weeks (March 12 thru the 26). Does anyone have any suggestions on a place to stay? Preferably a 2 bedroom. Also any info on how to hook up with drivers would be appreciated.

I'll be your driver if you and Jeff pay for my ticket.
Jeff will verify that I can definitely drive on sidewalks.
