To have to modify a new kite out of the box is ridiculous. The fact cab has factory videos instructing people to do this openly admits that they screwed up in the QC dept. Ive dumped my whole 2013 quiver and will be going w different kites from here on. I don't mind the premium price, but certainly expect premium quality and service. Cab has become so mainstream that the common consumer merely is exactly that anymore. Besides someone has to fund all their "sell out" factory team trips and tours. They offered no help after numerous emails but instead told be to try this and that... BS. All well... Thats a large corporation for ya.

Tried all the "tricks". B setting, tying a knot in the bridal, etc. Thats absurd to have to Jerry rig a new kite outta the box. Ive flipped all my 2013 cabs and and done w them. On to better things

Be a little more descript on your problems. Perhaps it will be helpful to others in making a kite selection / tuning.

B setting will give you a bit more direct feel but turning will be a bit slower than the factory setting. Also the relaunch is not as easy as the factory setting
