NPX customer service, where are you?

NPX??? Hello? Where are you?

I've tried to e-mail you via your home page three times last year but I haven't heard NOTHING back.

My issue:

I bought a NPX Lucifer. First time I used it I noticed I was getting wet, saw that the fabric had de-laminated.

Went back to the shop but the shop had caught fire and existed no more.

E-mailed you (NPX) for advice.

Still haven't heard anything from you.

Still getting wet.

Sucks!!!

I'm pretty sure at least someone who is involved with NPX reads this forum so please get in touch with me. Either here or at good_hairday@hotmail.com.

P.S.
I'm located in Sweden, Europe. (Not Switzerland, they're famous for cheese, knives and watches. Sweden is famous for polar bears which we don't have anyway.)

Been trying to get my Lucifer fixed for a while now
Started leaking around my crouch after 10 sessions.
But have been ignored by the shop and NPX due to it being 2 years old great customer service and value
$600 drysuit lasts 10 sessions thanks NPX

Hey Fragger.

NPX stands for Neil Pryde Extreme and is no longer a Brand Neil pryde and NPX merged and now are just one Brand called NP. If you have a problem I would contact your local retailer you purchased the the Lucifer from and the will most likely be able to contact your areas Distributor to file a warranty

aha, my bad :oops: why 2 different websites then? anyway,i have no probs with my NPX. got me an assassin and its still ok for 3 years now.

I would have loved to contact my local retailer but like I said, the shop caught fire and is no more. That's why I tried to go to npx directly. Their web site seems to be up and running with updates and everything, they just don't respond to my e-mails.

Rayban,

If you have a receipt showing when you bought it, pretty much any Cabrinha/NPX/NP dealer can help you if they are willing. Where are you? We are in the midwest USA. If no one near you steps up and you have a receipt, contact us, we'll talk to NPX warranty for you. Even with no receipt, a credit card statement showing the purchase date should work.
