the spot in Kalpitiya is not so good as they say. wind very custy from 10 to 25 knots and the water dirty full of rubbish.

i havent read your post, but what you are writing is subjective to say the least!
people! lagoon is not dirty, wind is good, kite schools here are professional and safe, not liars!
i am the competition of those you mention, BUT i will defend them.
anyway, this winter come to kalpitiya and, possibly, kite with The Rascals Kite Resort!
