Yes, it does, the harness strap can't flag like this in true life.

Watch the waves in the foreground... in both videos.
The illusion of slow motion is probably due to the angle, lens, or amount of zoom.
Anyone who's made a video with semi-decent software can slow or speed it up - kind of a pointless thing to do in a promo.
The simplest explanation is a good or lucky jump in primo conditions.

... T&A is always welcome. But do try to get the kites in the shot :D Imagine trying to sell motorbikes my only showing up-close shots of the rider :o
^ a pet peeve of mine...

Aw come on. Now youre being silly. You know what I mean. Is it possible at all to jump like that?
If so what is so hard to believe..

It is impossible for all to jump like this with such hang time ... for Shawn too .. it's physicaly impossible.

And if you want to know if every one can jump that high in similar conditions, I answer, most of 10 years experienced riders can ... with a high AR kite ... but again none with such hangtime

Do you also think that jessies 22 sec jump is fake?

Mind you that one had witnesses.

I'm just trying to clarify. :D

Don't you think Naish has to loose a lot if they show the original footage and fake it?
If I would be Robby, I would never allow it. Rather have few seconds less, than cheating.

I am sure those pictures from King of the Air are also a fake..who jumps 25m high???
All faked!!!!

no, this legendary jump is true for sure ! but it's definitly not the same sort wind ...

toby...if you have seen 25m high jump in last red bull kinf of the air...for sure we don't have same eyes...

I stop there... and I leave this post with a very bad opinion of naish, I would expect a better end.

Toby, you think Robby has anything to do with the brand anymore?
REALLY?

I doubt he has much to do with the marketing.

The jump is BS, simple.

This is such a weird attitude. You agree it is possible to have hangtime well over 14 secs. Naish posts the whole jump to satisfy people that doubt and ask questions. Yet you have made up your mind regardelss of what people say. Then why participate at all? To get "disappointed" when there is nothing anyone can do to change your mind seems also a bit useless.

These are great riders doing their thing on a kite that is optimized for hangtime and glide...I guess proof will be in the pudding? Once the kite is out and people are riding it?

I learn a lot on this forum and I have been wrong more than once so going into a discussion if there is nothing that could change my mind seems a bit futile to me.
