Mui Ne is not famous for the waves but we get good rollers out at Malibu (the far side of Mui Ne around the peninsula) Good days are 2-4 meters but they all wash out. No tubes. Normal days are 1-2 meters. I'll be there Nov.-May. Last season was epic. Only about 10 days of no wind in 5 months.
You'll need to rent or buy a motorbike to get out there and get yourself a surf rack made from the Honda motorbike mechanic. See you there

Mui ne is an obvious choice for warm tropic no wetsuit condition , gotta do while you can with all the nightlife beach club and food.It is truly an international kiteboard village....love to visit this exotic place again.Don't know if it still a bargain nowadays.
