Kyle... due to your outstanding service; I had to order these from England.... Yes, England. You know, fish, chips, cup o' tea, bad food, worse weather, Mary Poppins … England!
Thanks for nothing!

I won't speak of Kyle since I don't know him. However an issue I had with them was never replied to when I used their "contact" form on their website. Did you try to contact Airush there?

+1 on NOT getting a reply through their website "Contact" form.
And yet I still picked up the Airush Lithium Zero.

We hear you loud and clear.
Although I can't speak on behalf of Kyle right now, I will find out why Airush North America did not have these spare parts in stock.
About the contact form. We will do our best in the future to get back to you promptly. Please do not be afraid to contact your local retailers or distributors on technical questions either.
Best Regards,
Marc Schmid

I also didn't get a reply from Kyle when I sent a message to his Facebook page.

Haole-Built,
I have the parts in the picture here in the US ready to fire off. I'm not sure how you tried to contact me but I did not receive your request. Please email me directly for anything you need in North America for Airush.
Mike G,
Perhaps I should spend more time on Facebook.
In the future please email me directly if you need any help with Airush in North America.
Our Airush dealers are also a good resource for tracking down parts and information.

Mike
you messaged his private facebook account?
Kyle works the hardest to manage the entire North Americas with shipping, retail and customer service, marketing, etc. while managing being a father to a several month old. I have seen him working at 3-4am while its 12 hours ahead in Cape Town so honestly Mike I disagree.

Being the largest North American Airush Dealer I can certainly say that Kyle does an amazing job.
He has always gotten us what we needed and in a timely manner. He's definitely got his hands full but he's never let us down.

It was his private account as I saw a great shot of him on a Compact and that was what my query related to.
I did say "maybe and just a thought", and only said it following the other comments, but I stand corrected if that is not the case.
