Deniska, this isn't uncommon and we are working hard on potential solutions.
Anyway, to answer your question here are some tips you can try:
1) The seal does not need to be "tight" to seal properly, rather it just needs to be smooth and flush against your skin (no tucks or folds) to make a seal. So, consider trimming your seal slightly so it is less tight and gives you some comfort.
2) Counter intuitively, you're best not to shave immediately before using the suit as the short stubble will cause more irritation than slightly longer hairs which will sit flat and not poke you. This is the single biggest cause of a rash or irritation
3) If you wish, McNett makes a product called Seal Saver but also any silicone based lubricant (think, KY not Vaseline) will work to help give some slide to your seal. In fact, triathletes use a product called Body Glide that will also help let the seal slide a bit if you apply some to your neck ahead of the session... key is
not to use any oil based products as this will rot your seals.
