Anyone think this is part of the Element6 bloodline?
https://ikon-kiteboarding.com/product/peak-3/
And in the smaller E6 one-strut sizes...
https://ikon-kiteboarding.com/product/peak-3xs/
Maybe Switch will derive a version of Ikon's Empire foil kite... [edit: URL added]

Used all my switch points from the amazing Element 5 > for one new E6.
Riding 10 years+ well see how drastic the changes are. As a surfkite.
Just looking at it , seems like a great school kite you'd see in Tariffa or Flag beach....6 pulleys, 5 struts...
I have the highest respect for Felix, but a pro can look good even riding a table with 15 year old kite.
All Element 5s are sold out. Interesting.

The Helium 3 is coming out soon ... I'm hoping the smaller sizes might make a good light wind wave kite.
Hopefully it remains a 3 strut / no pulley kite.

I have a 4m one strut switch element coming. Felix reckons 4m is the money size for non low wind foiling. I'm not keen on pulleys but I'm hoping for the best. A few friends I know foil with the ikon peak 3xs and like it so I'm not too concerned. Especially when paying around 500 usd for the kite new.

Tbh, the customer service is what keeps me on Switch kites...I had a major issue with my well used, over 1 year old E5.
Switch sent me a new 10m E5

Could you do a back-to-back comparison of the Switch and Ikon? There'll probably be some tiny differences because Switch uses different canopy and some other construction details (though performance wise not so relevant I think, like the LE-canopy attachment for instance), but I wonder how much...

If you want a jumping, looping machine, accessible to anyone - get a Nitro6
If you want an onshore wave machine - look for used E5 or the last Ozone Catalyst before pussyfication year.
If you confused, wandering aimlessly, don't know if you coming or going, you like to teach yourself and you don't take anybody's advice - knock yourself off and get a delta and do some rollovers, over and over again.

Honestly I almost pulled the trigger on an E5 at least a couple times and know it was a well received kite but I don't recall this unabashed praise I'm now seeing for it now, now that it's gone and the E6 is here.
