And for the record inspected a friends 12m dice kite that has had at least 100 sessions on it so far and the canopy and all the stitching and all that jazz looks like brand new.

So have you tried blowing air back into the valve like I suggested in my first post?

you are joking , right?
not leaking after pumping, it leaks after flying kite. it must open by it self and cap cant hold pressure .
and blowing in air, into the inflate valve, to clean it,...really ?
I know what you mean,... still funny though

How sure are you that it is the inlet valve which is leaking and not a bladder or one pump valve?
I understand it does not leak when you have it pumped but it does not prove it's the inlet valve.
You may close the strut clips after inflate and fly it to ensure it's not the strut bladder/valve which is leaking. Once you know if it's one of the bladders/valves or for sure the LE/valve you will get it replaced for free I'm sure as it's a new kite.

North with valve issues, well I never!
North, IMO have the worst track record for poor quality valve adhesion and bladder quality. Absolutely shocking!
I own a couple of Norths now, the valves and bladders are very poor. Never have problems with my Best kites bladders even to this day.
North need to look at there QC and also remake the 2011 Dyno

Well as I said, we have been flying these dice kites since mid September, and the part of the world we kite, this means 4 to 6 days a week, with 8 kites between us. We have had zero problems with the new valve except that one time I needed to blow some air into my brothers valve and it was only the one time. We have clocked hours and hours on these kites and I now rate this valve better than the boston type.
But I'm not saying there may not be an issue. Also would like less attitude as I'm trying to help!

I actually might know what you mean. I am flying a 2014 North Rebel since the release in September and I checked it for damages recently. In order to do so I pumpt the kite at home in a quiet environment. What I noticed was that the valve was hissing altho it was closed. I think the reason for the twist-on closing cap is to stop this kind of air leakage. That being said, when I pump my kite at around 11am and ride it all day with breaks in between till around 5pm, the pressure ist still the same. So it works for me
BTW: I highly doubt that the valve from the dice is different to the one from the Rebel.

Have a Dice, been flying it since October it was fine, till a few weeks ago it started losing shape. The tips of the kite bent outwords so it no longer has a c shape and the performance is down dramatically. Has anyone else had this problem. how do I contact North
Thank You
