Whats funny is how the people in the video react... you would think they were drunk or something... its almost as if they are playing with it...

that video is hilarious! i had to watch the whole thing. love how the delivery truck is still trying to deliver some construction materials but completely unable, meanwhile his truck canopy is getting shredded and one person is left to try to keep the truck from tipping over.
then you've got a fella inspecting the top of a building on the ground as the rest of the roof is about to blow apart. that is full on hurricane force winds. i would say a solid 70mph with gusts around 100.

50 knots. I know it doesn't seem like much we definitely kite in that weather but I think some of those people getting blown down are like the southern states getting 2 inches of snow, they have no idea what is going on and get knocked down.
