My 10m razor is slowly starting to show its age, wondering if anyone has tried a 10m bandit vs the razor or any other 10m kite that is comparable
want a powerful kite that jumps and loops good and is decent in the waves
as of now just thinking to get a new razor

If you are looking for something different, but similar all round with even better Kiteloops and jumping. Then get the Core GTS2. I have flown the razor and it is nice but where it lacks in performance the GTS2 is just much better at everything. Of course that is my personal opinion.

What year is your OR Razor? I will say the last two revisions are worth the upgrade from the original.
I just picked up the latest gen 8m (2014) and it's much better than what it replaced first gen (2011) 8m.

Westozzy - I've ridden the Razor in pretty much every size. Agree with boosting, it's more a quick pull up and then back down, which I prefer. Hangtime is based on working the kite more so than the kite itself.
In fact, I ride the OR Cypher as my 12m which does have quite a bit of hangtime and going back and forth throws my timing off a bit. If you are looking for a kite that provides a slow, gradual lift and return - I'd look at a old Fuse, Rebel, etc.. If you are looking for a kite that is more aggressive in it's lift and rips you off the water, look at a Razor.
