If anyone has more info about what happened or the cause of the death, please let us know.

Still wondering what happened to him.

This is so sad to read. While I did not meet Dale face-to-face we spoke many times a year for 5-6 years, and thought of him as a friend. We spoke of the sport, his family, his job, and his hobbies, all of which he really loved. Our last conversations were about his teaching family members to kiteboard. I will miss those conversations and his enthusiasm!!!

Very sad. My best to his family. Like Toby I desire more information, if nothing else we could hopefully learn from this tragedy.

He was an expert rider and it was only blowing about 15 knots that day. We probably won't find out what happened since there is no autopsy planned. Heart attack? My condolences to the friends and family.

Very very sad news about Dale. It's so tragic to see a friend leave us too soon.

Dale and I go a long way back. He was a great man and a good father. I was shocked to hear what happened to him. I just don't know what to say. My prayers go to you and your family.
