What I just realized is that the quickrelease needs a little bit more power input than the "old" red version of last year. Maybe it is just because the new QR is smaller and therefore it seems to be so. It is still very light and easy. Not as easy as the North "Ironheart" but save for even the weakest women.
Friends of mine that tried the bar (with my Pivots) were very positively impressed as they never looked at Naish products with interest. Both of them are North riders. One I had to actively get him out of the water as he did n ot want to change back. Seriously he was very amazed about the kite and also the bar. He liked the below the bar adjuster, though every magazine or onlinetest wants to know it better by advising that an adjuster has to be above the bar....... please Naish keep it down where it is actually!
Great bar - worth "upgrading" from last years
Where did you get it ? Real keeps telling me its not out yet !

I don´t like the smaller chickenloop... Is there any way to replace it with a bigger loop? Does Naish offer a bigger option?

I would contact before ordering that. Are you guys sure they can be swapped out ? I use the dynabar v7 it makes the bar further away.

Ive used the bar twice now. Its so much better than the 2013. The lines are solid ! The grip is soft. Love the reduced chicken loop. The depower cleat works easy. No more lying on my back to depower ! I thought it would take a minute to get used to yellow being on the right because i let go of my bar a lot to un spin it after a wave but it doesnt bother me at all. My only complaint is where is the 57cm size. I know most people dont need a big bar but it makes my 14s turn so much faster !

Got mine as well. Seems good to me :-)

Definitely seems to be an upgrade. Looks very refined.
