Best 12 meter used kite for freestyle?

Trying to decide what kite to go with for a 12 meter.

Right now my quiver is 7,9,11 2012 fuels. I love the 7 and 9 and plan to keep them but the 11 is too slow and the low end is not good enough to be my biggest kite.

How does the RPM jump, I have only ridden it for short ammounts of times never really powered? I want something that boosts huge but that also has the direct feel the fuels have. For example I have tried the cabrinha's and even though they jumped huge the feel I like was just not there.

Anyone tried the Best GP I found a crazy good deal on a 2013 complete?

I have had a session a GP2 13 and liked it, my favourite kite is the 9 metre Fuel and been riding them since they made them.

the kite had good upwind in the light conditions and had good power and steering, was 5 line and do prefer 4 so personal preference there.

So if it is a deal you may well enjoy

Just bought the 2013 best gp 11. Looks like an awesome kite and got a killer deal on it from windance, will post up a review after riding it.

Took the 11 gp out snowkiting today in 10 to 20.

Pop i give this kite 10/10 it pops so well even in light wind its crazy. It flys awesome unhookd too.

Height: wasnt windy enough to tell

Constrction: looks well built.

The 5 lines is a pain, especially when fuels fly just fine with 4.


Need to try it more powered. Still havent decided might sell it and get a 12 rpm or best ts.

Anyone know how this kite jumps in high wind? Can it rip you up high when your powered?

In my experience, the RPMs will work for you. I've ridden 7m 9m 11m Fuels for a long time, but this year am switching out the 11m for for an RPM for similar reasons to you. The RPM has a much better feel to me this year - I'm assuming because they got rid of the pulleys. I'm riding 7m & 9m Fuels and 12m and 14m RPMs. Love it.

i am using 2014 RPM 12 - totaly in love with it! so smooth, power and stable!

If you already like fuels, get the 13. It had better low end than any 12m bow kite i've ridden
