moving to Arecibo Puerto Rico
might be moving to Arecibo, right behind the water park. never been to Puerto Rico. can you kite on the beach right out front? how about surf? i also paraglide, is there anyplace to fly nearby? hows that neighborhood? thanks

Yes, you may kite from the beaches in Arecibo. You would be close to Isabela and Aguadilla which are pretty awesome for kiting.
There is a paragliding community, from all over the island. They do go out a lot from Isabela.
