Hey
I just moved to Lisbon and i was wondering if theres any locals that can introduce me to the local spots.
I don`t have a car yet so pretty hard to go exploring the spots on my own..
So if anyone has room in their car some day and dont mind taking me with for a session i`d be happy to help with rum or gas money or just good company
Or if you can suggest a kite beach accessible with public transport?
Cheers
Ivar

For freeride/freestyle in winter you have Lagoa de Albufeira at 45 minutes from Lisbon. You need a car
For waves you have Costa da Caparica at 30 minutes and Guincho at 20 minutes. You need a car
You also have Lagoa de Óbidos and Baleal at one hour driving north..... you need a car
Welcome to Lisbon and hope to see ya on da beach!
Cheers!

Yeah, car is essential, unfortunately im not sure waether im going to buy or not, or what happens.... so until then my options are limited...
Costa da Caparica is pretty doable with a bus, i can have fun in the waves with my twintip...

Outside summer season you´ll get mostly kite time w/ shitty weather, meaning will be blowing from ~S/SE. In Lisbon get a train in Cais do Sodré heading Cascais, step out in Carcavelos, walk 500m, kite. You won´t need a car

Thanks
S/SE looks like cross on-shore, is S/SE gusty in that spot?
