Ozone 11m 2011. Is this all for real ? Are kiters just conservative or haven't kites improved the last many years ?

Takes a few years for nostalgia to kick in. :D

Has to be my blade 4.9 judging by how often I used it(lots). Put it in bin couple of years ago as it was full of holes and irrelevent.

That kite started power kiting, well it quickened it up.

Hmmm, the Airblast has, to my very best knowledge, never been produced as a two line kite Abel ?
(I had a sponsor deal with Wipika back then)

But some of the "later" first Wipikas, the FreeAir, was a two liner that could be modified to a 4 line, just like the two line Naish AR 3.5, from the same period of time, could :thumb:
And I think the very first Hydro protos were two lines ? (never had one myself, a low AR easy kite IMO)

The very first Airblast had the reverse launch (reactive bridle they called it), worked like a charm - some of us took it away later to get a more direct feel though, as used to heavy bar pressure back then.
Today since the bridle revolution we might think different and like it :naughty:

My friend Jan a winterday in 2001:

Sorry, most of you have seen this, but maybe not everyone...
