Hi, can a lot of salt in a LE bladder cause leaking?
I repair one leak where after the other starts.
Happened 4 times in a row now...

I repair a lot of bladders and I do not belive salt water inside the bladder will cause leeks. Often times holes are very small and tough to find.
Do you leave the bladder inflated overnight after finding and patching the holes ?

You sure it's not a sharp object sticking through your LE.
These can sometimes be invisible and cannot be felt on the outside.
They just re-puncture the bladder once re-fitted after repair.
A tiny piece of grass can do it.
With the bladder out, rub the LE with two hands vigorously against itself in the area of the puncture.
I advise doing this with all punctures.

Yes salt crystals can puncture your bladder. Dissolve with warm water and then empty, either through an incision or through the dump valve.

And make sure you are not tearing the bladder on the zipper when inserting it after the repair

first step is to absolutely identify how many leaks you have. Pump up the kite rock hard, 8+ psi. Then either dunk it or cover the entire kite in soapy water. Then note exactly where each leak is and take a photo with your cell phone so you get the exact location correct.
Once the bladder is out of the kite it is nearly impossible to identify exactly how many holes are in it because you can't pump the bladder hard enough for those small pinholes to let air out.

I went through a pinhole repair last year. Kite tomahawked onto the beach filled with zebra grass. Pointy stuff...
I ended up with 21 pinholes. In my case, I pulled the bladder, blocked off the nipples for the strut tubes and inflated it with a bit of air. With a bathtub filled with water, I created a sausage of the air with two twists about 8" apart. Compress this bubble between your hands and under water, and you will be able to locate the smallest of leaks. Some of my holes were so small, that they didn't bubble until I had a good amount of pressure in the bladder. I used a sharpy to mark the hole, (make sure the spot is dry or the sharpy stops marking). To go onto the next spot, walk your way down the bladder, overlapping a bit to check the twisted section as well.
