first session i used it I dropped kite, line got stuck and mount broke in half. They sent me a new one, now I try to be slightly more conservative when I kite with the mount.
Make nice pics though.

just make your own for under 2 bucks..
see this thread for details / pics:

As others mentioned, with all line mounts, be prepared to ditch your kite if the thing tangles the lines after a slack.

Beastmount has broken twice, almost lost the camera and totally tangled my lines. They replaced the first one, but dont even want the second replacement.
Just awful

I've been using this linemount for months. My Camrig is at the bottom of my bin for kite parts somewhere. No issue with steering lines getting hung up.

If you happen to be traveling to Turks and Caicos in the near future,
there's a "kite-shop" called Blue in Salt Mill Plaza selling Camrig mounts for $10.00

I just threw my camrig in the trash after having my lines wrap around it for a third time. The safety risk + the pain in the ass of getting it on and off with the little rubber things makes it not worth it to me for a "real" session. Might be fine if all you do is cruise around or never crash your kite.
[Yes a line mount can be extremely dangerous especially on self launch and self land and as you point out if you crash during a session and need to relaunch. BE VERY CAREFULL]
